‘I’ve been drawing people for as long as I can remember.
I endeavour to capture the spirit of people, and in doing so, I try to reach into that persons soul. It is the ultimate sense of knowing the human character – a means of understanding mankind as a whole – in unison. Whether it be a playful and light-hearted caricature, or a more formal observation, ‘people’ have always been my main fascination in art.’ – Andrea Verstegen
